    Arrived at the restaurant at 15.50 and staff were rude 're serving. Couldn't do a coffee etc as the machine had been cleaned, however the staff member was making herself a cup of tea. I asked if I could purchase water and a muffin and told that there was a jug of water on the side. I explained I had to wait an hour for my car and needed a snack. I'm diabetic and didn't have any food and nothing since breakfast... poor service and a total disinterest in increasing their takings or providing any level of customer service. Managed to get a bottle of water and a muffin, but I certainly wouldn't be returning in a hurry.
