  Went to buy my Christmas tree today, took my two little dogs, on arrival asked somebody which door to use and to my amazement he didn't just show me, he took me. Finding the trees I asked a lovely lady for some help explaining that I would like to replant it in the garden after - she was wonderful and so helpful to somebody that doesn't know a weed from a flower, once she had sorted me she got Tony to help me to the till and then to my car. Can't say thank you very much enough, wonderful staff and sorry I didn't get the other two members names. Thankyou again

  Far too maney skaters at one time, and when my granddaughter age just 5 stepped on ice and immediately came off I was refused a refund, I not a happy bunny.
